The Blast Zone area had plenty of local runners competing at the state cross country meet on Saturday, Nov. 8 at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco.
In 2A girls cross country, Mark Morris finished eighth as a team.
“Junior Maddie Crowl led the team, taking 29th overall in a time of 20 minutes and 9 seconds,” noted Mark Morris head coach Mark Brumbaugh.
