There’s a new leader in the 3A Greater St. Helens League and you just have to follow the Coweeman River a few miles to find it. The Hilanders picked up a sweep last week over Evergreen and backed it up with an 8-2 win over Mountain View on Monday to officially leapfrog into first place.

Kelso won against Evergreen 10-0 last Monday at Rister Stadium, won 11-1 against the Plainsmen on Wednesday in Vancouver, and then finished the sweep off at home with a 6-1 victory on Thursday.
