Prep Baseball / State Title History

After winning seven baseball titles in the first 22 years of the State Tournament Era (since 1973), Cowlitz County has found itself in a significant drought. All told, six area programs have won 10 championships, with the bulk of those coming from the smaller schools:

On a related note, the only two teams left standing in The Blast Zone are Toutle Lake (2B) and Naselle (1B), two of the smallest burgs in the area on opposite ends of the coverage area which are also responsible for more than several of those golden trophies.
