The Kalama boys basketball team did its best to tip the apple cart in the 1A District IV Tournament when it went on the road to Hoquiam and posted a 48-39 win on Thursday.

“Overall, our team defense was great. One of our best defensive performances all season,” Kalama head coach Kyle Randall said.
