Prep Boys Basketball / History

The formerly undefeated and No. 2 ranked R.A. Long Lumberjacks had the chance to become the sixth area boys basketball program to bring home a state title when they took to the Yakima Sundome floor Saturday to play No. 1 ranked Bremerton.

The Jacks led late, but wound up falling 45-43 in their first-ever state title appearance. In the interest of knowing our history, read up on the 10 teams to successfully claim state crowns in The Blast Zone, and remember the runner-ups, too.
