High School Football

THE STADIUM — Ever get that strange feeling you’ve lived a moment before? Déjà vu—it’s that flash of familiarity, like you’ve been here, seen this, experienced it all once already. Scientists say it’s your brain catching up with itself, blending memory and reality for just a split second. It’s weird, it’s powerful, and it makes you stop and wonder, have I been here before?

Well, if that déjà vu is flashing you back to last week — when R.A. Long lost to Centralia at Longview Memorial Stadium — then the answer is a resounding YES.

This week R.A. Long fell 20-12 at home to Hudson’s Bay, so the Lumberjack faithful have absolutely been here before. Once again, this week's loss can be chalked up to some costly mistakes — the most glaring of which were a pair of interceptions returned for a touchdowns by the Eagles.
