Kelso won 15-4 against Heritage last Monday, April 27 in Vancouver, defeated Evergreen 2-0 at home on Wednesday, and then won again by a score of 3-2 at Prairie on Friday in Brush Prairie.

Those victories left the Lassies knotted with Prairie for first place in the 3A Greater St. Helens League play entering the final week of the regular season.

“We came out hitting the ball well and made some plays in the field,” Kelso head coach Dean Sorensen said following the victory at Heritage.
