BIG K COURT — The Kelso volleyball team earned its self several more tomorrows as well as a shot at redemption for good measure with a sweep of Mountain View to open the 3A GSHL/District IV Tournament, Thursday night on its home floor.

The Hilanders took the match by scores of 25-19, 25-20 and 25-10.

“(Our) momentum never wavered as (they) tightened their grip with each set,” Kelso head coach Michelle Mury noted. “(They finished) the match with a dominant third-set performance to officially punch their ticket to the State Tournament.”

The victory also sets Kelso up to play Prairie for the District championship later this week.
