Toledo's Carson Olmstead, a junior at the University of Washington, placed 31st in the men's javelin at the NCAA Division I first round Regional meet held in College Station, Texas.

Olmstead threw the javelin 206-feet-9, an inch shy of his outdoor personal-best.
