CLARK COUNTY — The late autumn weather cooperated for local teams as the postseason got underway this week at a pair of golf courses in North Clark County.

Kelso got the 3A Greater St. Helens League District Tournament started on Monday at Lewis River Golf Course, and wrapped up a league title on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Mark Morris, R.A. Long, and Woodland spent Tuesday traipsing around Tri-Mountain Golf Course for the 2A Greater St. Helens League Tournament.

The Hilanders also saw Colton Burgoyne win the individual title at the 3A GSHL Tournament, and earned an automatic team bid to State. The Monarchs, Lumberjacks and Beavers who made the cut will compete for again next week in the 2A District IV Tournament with tickets to the state tournament on the line.
