The Mark Morris Monarchs went into enemy territory Tuesday and claimed themselves a 57-38 win over the R.A. Long Lumberjills in a 2A Greater St. Helens League girls basketball contest better known as the Civil War in local parlance.

The Monarchs used a balanced attack and a full court press to take the hosts out of the game. Those efforts resulted in four players reaching double figures for the girls in Columbia blue.
