Lindstrom nets 28 to lift Comets over Acorns

The Naselle boys basketball team had little room for error. After a misfire on the east end of Km Mountain in the opening round of the 1B District IV Tournament last week the Comets needed a win on Monday just to keep their season alive, and they responded with vigor in a 71-51 win over Oakville at Raymond High School.

“Oakville played us tough in the first half,” Olsen said. “Our three seniors stepped up tonight to lead.”
