R.A. Long’s Rile Coleman headed home from the clubhouse sitting in a tie for third place after firing off a round of 75 on Day 1. He was four shots behind the leader, Braeden Konrad of Tumwater, who posted a card of 71 to top the leaderboard after the first 18 holes.
Luke Potter of Columbia River held the second slot after finishing on 73, and Mason Acker of Washougal was tied with Coleman with both the Panther and Lumberjack sitting on 75.
A whole bunch of Mark Morris golfers filled out the next tier of the leaderboard.
