Lumberjacks secure No. 3 seed out of 2A GSHL

The R.A. Long boys soccer team wrapped up the regular season on the front foot with a 3-1 win over Ridgefield in 2A Greater St. Helens League play at Northlake Field on Thursday. The Lumberjacks may have been on the unfriendly side of the lake, but they looked right at home as they locked down the No. 3 seed heading into the postseason.

“We played with high energy all over the field, showing confidence, positive support, and effective play,” R.A. Long head coach Max Anderson said. “Alex Wooden, Ethan Pittsely, Kian White, Payton Thill and Jael Silil did a great job locking down the Ridgefield attack.”
