Doerty nets 22 to help keep ‘Nooks alive in postseason
The Kalama girls basketball team hit the road on Tuesday with its season hanging in the balance and managed to tip the scales for a 52-42 win at Elma in a 1A District IV Tournament loser-out contest.
“The whole unit was in sync tonight,” Kalama coach Amber Doerty said. “Great team win.”
