Gorans’ gets Mark Morris moving at Washougal
The Monarchs allowed just one point in the first quarter on the way to a key victory on the road at Washougal by a score of 51-38, Tuesday, in 2A Greater St. Helens League girls basketball action.
And the recipe for success was simple — score a lot and give up a lot less.
“(We played) solid all around defense,” Mark Morris coach Sean Atkins noted. “And we started the game on a 16-1 run to get us off to a strong start on the road.”
