Toledo skunked the Fighting Ducks like some well-aged limburger cheese, Monday, dominating the pitch in Toutle by a score of 7-0 in Central 2B League girls soccer action.

Peyton Holter and Onica Chase each notched braces for the Riverhawks, while Xtyn Norbeg added a goal and a team-high four assists. All told, five Toledo players scored.

“It was another good team effort,” Toledo coach Horst Malunat told The Chronicle. “We have a pretty multi-pronged attack, and I like how the girls are moving the ball. That just makes us more threatening and dangerous as we get towards the postseason.”
