The Hilanders picked up another league victory Wednesday with the help of a hat trick from Karsyn Ross. Her performance was enough to put Kelso over Prairie 3-1 on the road in 3A Greater St. Helens League girls soccer play.
Ross gave the Hilanders a 1-0 lead in the 21st minute with an unassisted score. After taking that advantage into the intermission, Kelso picked up some breathing room in the 55th minute when Ross found the back of the net again, this time with an assist from Cori Doehne.
