The Kelso volleyball team learned a lot about themselves in a three set loss to Prairie at home on K-Court, Tuesday, to open the 3A Greater St. Helens League volleyball docket. The Hilanders fell by scores of 25-19, 25-23 and 25-20.

“Prairie is a strong team with talented players with a lot of offensive weapons,” Kelso coach Michelle Mury noted. “We knew we had to come out and battle because they have been ranked in the top five in 3A state all year.”
