This Day In History
April 24, 1990: The Woodland baseball team pulls itself out of a five-run hole with three runs in the fourth inning, three in the fifth, and three more in the sixth to win 9-7 over Castle Rock. Phillip Jackson, who struck out eight on the hill for the Beavers, also went 2-for-4 with four RBIs. Kris Northcut and Scott Swett both added two knocks for Woodland, while Tate Seals was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles for Castle Rock
