This Day In History
Oct. 3, 2003: Woodland holds on for dear life but comes out alive, beating Washougal 27-26 to hand the Panthers their first loss of the season. Down a point with three minutes left, Washougal drove 71 yards to the Beaver 4-yard line, but fumbled the ball on the shadow of the goal line, and Kiel Greenleaf recovered for Woodland to seal the win.
