This Day In History

• Dec. 12, 2013: The Mark Morris boys basketball team downs Skyview 63-53 at home, giving head coach Bill Bakamus his 500th career win. Grant Gibb led the Monarchs with 18 points, while Hayden Tapani and Cameron Mosier both pitched in 10.
  “This number is a recognition for the whole program,” said Bakamus, who retired after the 2024 season with 693 total wins under his belt.
