Feb. 20, 1982: David Lemieux hits a game-tying bucket with a second left in regulation and the Toutle Lake boys basketball team goes on to keep its season alive with a 45-43 win over Napavine in loser-out play at the District B tournament in Centralia. Rick Wheeler, who led the Ducks with 23 points and 15 rebounds, hit both of Toutle Lake’s buckets in the extra period.
