Jan. 17, 2011: Missy Batten drills a go-ahead 3-pointer midway through overtime, and the Toledo girls basketball team pulls out a 50-46 win over Castle Rock in SWW 1A Trico play.
“That was a huge win,” said Toledo coach J.B. Ewers. “We’ve struggled lately, and needed it bad.”
Batten scored 13 of her 17 points after halftime. Brianna Votaw led the way with 19 points for Toledo, which went into the fourth quarter trailing by six.
