• Oct. 28, 2008: R.A. Long overcomes a five-point deficit in the decisive set thanks to some hot serving from Kiana Mawae to earn a key 2A GSHL win over Ridgefield, 25-15, 29-31, 27-25, 17-25, 15-11. Hannah Johnson and Katie Sarysz both had 12 kills for the Jills, with Johnson dishing out 20 assists and Sarysz adding two blocks, while Aryn Aston had 10 kills.
