Apr. 2, 1999: Kelli Arnold gives herself all the run support she needs in the circle, drilling a three-run home run to lead Kalama to a 7-0 win over Rainier in non-league softball action. Arnold struck out five and also hit a triple for the Chinooks, who scored all seven of their runs in the first two innings. Betsy Preheim and Tiffany Toteff both had two-hit days for Kalama.
