This Day In History
Sept. 17, 1976: Dave Rukkila ran for two touchdowns, Cam Mathews ran for three, and Chris DeGallier scored on a pair of screen passes, and the Kelso football team completed its two-week conquest of Longview with a 48-0 blowout of Mark Morris. The week prior, the Hilanders downed R.A. Long by a score of 41-0.
“I guess a lot of stuff worked tonight,” Kelso coach Ed Laulainen said.
