This Day In History
Jan. 28, 2022: Trailing by nine going after three quarters, the R.A. Long boys basketball team rips off a 39-point fourth quarter to beat Mark Morris 85-72 in the first Civil War of the year. Cavin Holden finishes with 37 points, an RAL Civil War record, in what MM coach Bill Bakamus calls “as nice of a shooting performance as I’ve seen in many, many years.”
